What is the difference between Smooth and Baffle trims?

"Smooth" and "Baffle" refer to the trim style for our Recessed Downlights. Smooth trim maximized the bream spread while Baffle trim has uniformed grooves that minimizes the glare for a softer light. Softer light tends to be less strain on your eyes.
